Elvis and me

Flowfield Trivia: The book being shot is indeed Atlas Shrugged The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand…

Did I pick this book because I dislike it? No.

Did I pick this book because it was next to me when I was drawing? Yes.

    Isn’t that the Fountainhead instead?

meh…excuse me for questioning this, but isn’t that Rand’s other book?

    I think it’s Fountainhead?

I don’t know, I’m bored and I like to question things when I’m bored.

Yup, you’re both right and I’m an idiot. I’ve corrected it.

Is it because I’m currently drawing another comic strip based on Atlas Shrugged that I got mixed up?

    Probably.

Why is the bullet still with the casing/shell?

    I don’t know.

Well, that’s not entirely true.. the reason the cases are still on is that when I originally drew this sans-case, it just looked wrong – people don’t necessarily recognise bullets without the shell casing… so I took a bit of poetic license and drew them with their cases still on.

It’s one of the benefits of creating a fictional world.
