There is a theory of evolution, and the fact of evolution. The fact is what we know happens, the theory is the explanation of it. Not teaching evolution because it's a 'theory' would be like not teaching gravity, or general relativity, or really any science classes at all. Evolution has such a mountain of evidence behind it that considering it "just a theory" requires a mountain of ignorance. Except evolution is a fact as well. But I must agree with you on the issue of withholding information. They want to remove the holocaust from school history books now in the UK cause they say it offends the muslims. I say let the schoolkids learn all the FACTS and then decide for themselves.
