Wow, I’m so honoured! I have to say, of the 36 (yes, i know, i know) various webcomics i read, the flowerfield unity is quite probably the best. mainly because you connect so much with your readers, Adam. (and because you’re awesome).

anyways, i am very proud to be a patron saint. expecially as i love ice cream. It’s really cool to see my name up in print :p I am so printing this out and showing it to my sister to prove that yes, someone out there likes me enough to make me a “saint” see her laugh then, eh? she’s short anyway. pah.

Is it a coincidence that every single desk in my house is so covered in clutter that I can never find anything? Hm. I wonder.

And if I’m a saint, does that mean I can cover my ceilings with beautiful frescoes and not have people look at me strangely? Because after seeing all the beautiful ceilings in old churches this summer I decided that white ceilings were decidedly overrated.

Well, once upon a time, when I had just started doing this webcomic thing, I applied to be a member of Transplant and they said yes. They set me up with a website and a forum.

My website didn’t have the functionality for readers to leave comments so I used the forum when I needed to chat with someone.

So I decided to spend some time sorting out my site and comments were my priority as I thought that each comic could be the start of a conversation rather than just a static piece of art…

Things went according to plan, and these days the forum is mostly redundant… and that’s a good thing, except I still use it to communicate with other Transplant members and so that’s why I keep it.

But who says as Popes we have to misguide, berate, and dominate? Just because that other Pope guy (you know the one) does that, doesn’t mean we have to. We can use our pope/slash saint-hood for the greater good of humanity!

crikey this has turned what is normally a one way medium into a veritable group discussion of excellence.

from averaging around 10 comments per comic to this? Lets take this to it’s limit – I wonder what the number of max comments per post is?

Also, i rather like sainthood. I get to wear a hat.
